到 Notion 拿一把鑰匙Get a key from Notion

Notion 要你先做一把「鑰匙」，之後捷徑和 AI 才有權限幫你寫東西進去。四個按鈕，Codex 一個一個報給你。 Notion needs you to make a "key" first, so the Shortcut and AI are allowed to write for you. Four clicks — Codex names each one.

按 Show 再按 Copy。複製好了跟我說「複製好了」就行，不要貼在這裡，我會自己從剪貼簿拿。Hit Show, then Copy. When it's copied just tell me "copied" — don't paste it here. I'll grab it from your clipboard.

Codex 幫你建資料庫Codex builds your database

你開一頁 · Codex 做剩下的you make one page · Codex does the rest

在 Notion 新增一頁叫「記帳」，把鑰匙交給它。然後 Codex 直接在裡面把記帳表建好、測試一筆、給你網址。 Make a page in Notion called "Budget", hand it the key. Codex builds the expense table inside, tests one entry, gives you the link.

資料庫建好了 → notion.so/…　寫入測試也通了。點開看一眼，這就是你以後所有花費會存的地方。Database's up → notion.so/… and the write test passed. Take a look — this is where every purchase will live from now on.

告訴 Codex 你的習慣Tell Codex how you budget

聊天就好just chat

Codex 會先把現在的流程講一遍給你聽，問你要不要改。想加類別、改預設付款方式、多一個 Apple Pay —— 用講的，它改。 Codex reads back the current setup and asks what to change. Add a category, switch the default payment, add Apple Pay — say it, it's done.

現在捷徑會問：買了什麼 → 多少錢 → 哪一類。預設支付＝信用卡。類別有 9 個：飲食、交通、娛樂……要改嗎？Right now the Shortcut asks: what → how much → category. Default payment = credit card. 9 categories: food, transport, fun… want to change anything?
類別加一個「寵物」，預設改現金add a "pets" category, and make cash the default
改好了。「🐱 寵物」加進去了，等一下裝捷徑時第 4 題填「現金」就行。Done. "🐱 Pets" is in. When you install the Shortcut, answer "Cash" on question 4.

裝 iPhone 捷徑Add the iPhone Shortcut

把捷徑檔傳到 iPhone（AirDrop 或寄給自己），打開會問四題：鑰匙、資料庫 ID、類別、預設付款。Codex 會把答案一題一題給你。裝好按一次試試。 Send the Shortcut file to your iPhone (AirDrop or email yourself). It asks four questions: key, database ID, categories, default payment. Codex hands you each answer. Then run it once to test.

第 ② 題貼這串：a1b2c3d4…9f0e（這是資料庫的門牌，不是密碼，可以貼）。跑一次記「測試 1 元」，通知第二行是空的就成功。Question ② gets this: a1b2c3d4…9f0e (that's the database address, not a secret — fine to paste). Run it once, log "test $1". If the notification's second line is blank, it worked.

在 ChatGPT 把 Notion 連起來，開一個 Project 叫「記帳助手」，把懶人包裡那份說明貼進去。從此拍收據、補記、問問題都在這裡。 Connect Notion inside ChatGPT, make a Project called "Budget assistant", paste in the instructions from the kit. From now on receipts, catch-up entries and questions all happen here.

唯一要記住的安全規則The one safety rule

那把 Notion 鑰匙的密碼（token），不要貼進任何聊天室——包括 Codex 和 ChatGPT。對話紀錄會留著，等於把家門鑰匙寫在牆上。Codex 叫你複製時，複製完說「複製好了」就好，它會自己從剪貼簿拿。不小心貼了？回 Notion 按 Refresh 換一把。 Your Notion token is a password. Never paste it into any chat — not Codex, not ChatGPT. Chat history sticks around; that's like writing your house key on the wall. When Codex asks you to copy it, copy and say "copied" — it reads your clipboard itself. Pasted it by accident? Go back to Notion and hit Refresh for a new one.

真的免費嗎？Is it actually free?

是。Notion 個人免費版頁面數無上限、API 免費；ChatGPT 免費方案包含 Codex；iPhone 捷徑是內建的。整套不用付任何訂閱。Yes. Notion's free plan has unlimited pages for individuals and free API access; ChatGPT's free plan includes Codex; Shortcuts is built into iPhone. No subscription anywhere.

我沒用過 AI，也沒寫過程式，做得到嗎？I've never used AI or written code. Can I do this?

這份懶人包就是為你做的。你不會打任何指令 —— 全部由 Codex 跑；你只要照它說的按按鈕、複製、貼上。This kit was made for you. You won't type a single command — Codex runs everything. You just click, copy and paste where it tells you.

Android 可以嗎？Does it work on Android?

「10 秒記一筆」那條靠 iPhone 捷徑，Android 沒有。但 Notion 資料庫和 ChatGPT 那條路（拍收據、口頭補記、問問題）Android 完全可以用。The "10-second log" relies on iPhone Shortcuts, so no. But the Notion database and the ChatGPT side (receipts, quick logs, questions) work fine on Android.

之後想改類別或加欄位怎麼辦？What if I want to change categories later?

回到那個資料夾打開 Codex，用講的。它會幫你改 Notion，並提醒你捷徑那邊要同步改哪一行。Open the folder in Codex again and say what you want. It updates Notion and tells you what to change in the Shortcut to match.

我的資料會跑去哪裡？Where does my data go?

只在你自己的 Notion 裡。懶人包裡沒有任何伺服器，鑰匙存在你電腦的資料夾裡、不會上傳。這個網頁也不收集任何東西。Only into your own Notion. There's no server in the kit; the key lives in a file on your computer and never leaves it. This page collects nothing either.
